The Landmark – Your Print and Marketing Guide

We’re delighted to be hosting your production at The Landmark Theatre in Ilfracombe. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about print, artwork, marketing support, and how we can help you connect with your audience.

? Print Quantities

We recommend the following quantities for print materials at The Landmark:

  • A5 Flyers: 750

  • A0 Posters: 1

  • A1 Posters: 3

  • A2 Posters: 6

  • A3 Posters: 6

  • A4 Posters: 3

Please note: Display of pull-up banners is subject to space and should not be sent without prior agreement. All print will be disposed of after the show unless specifically requested otherwise.

Website Images (300dpi minimum):

  • Main Event: 1920 x 1080px

  • Event Page Header: 1920 x 726px

  • Performance Popup: 1636 x 1080px

Social Media:

  • Landscape: 1200 x 630px

  • Square: 1080 x 1080px

  • Portrait (Stories): 1080 x 1920px

Brochure Pages:

  • Landscape: 1920 x 1080px

  • Square: 1080 x 1080px
    Ensure brochure artwork is clean and text-free.

? Additional Materials Required

Please also supply:

  • Website copy

  • Long brochure copy (approx. 200 words)

  • Short brochure copy (50–60 words)

  • Social media artwork

  • Videos (trailers and venue-specific if possible)

Please ensure all media has the correct permissions for online use. Include any required credits or logos.

If you’d like to run a ticket offer, please arrange this before on-sale. We do not offer late-booking discounts. Early booking discounts only.

? Marketing Support

Marketing Contra
If a contra has been agreed, your show will feature in our season brochure at £150 (deducted from the contra). Upgrades may be available depending on space – contact us for more info.

Our standard free marketing includes:

  • Website listing

  • Venue print display

  • Organic social posts

  • Targeted activity (exit flyers, upsells, FOH screens)

  • Local press release distribution

Additional paid marketing options:

  • Social media ads

  • Print distribution

  • Local media advertising

  • Email campaigns

  • Outdoor or radio campaigns

Note: We do not currently offer placement on website carousels or social media headers.
