Access information

There are no access barriers at The Landmark. There are lifts directly to the circle.

Customer toilets including accessible toilet, are located on the ground floor to the left of the main entrance to the theatre. 

Our bar is located on the ground floor – available to purchase both hot and cold drinks and snacks.  It is also open as a café 7 days per week – 10am to 4pm. 

Landmark Theatre offers complimentary tickets to Essential Carers for visitors with a disability. When booking your tickets please let us know how we can make your visit easier. We may ask you to let us know some further details to ensure that we’re able to give you the best assistance we can and so we can put in to place the appropriate safety measure for evacuation procedures. Please contact the box office for further details. 

For those with dementia, we offer support to ensure your visit is as welcoming as possible. We are happy to show you around the venue prior to a show to familiarise yourself with the venue. We have also identified some seating areas which may help with your visit. Please contact us to discuss anything we can do to assist with your experience.

We offer complimentary tickets to Essential Carers for customers with a disability subject to proof or eligibility, such as PIP /DLA or a carer card.  

Yes! We welcome guide and assistance dogs with open arms and a fresh bowl of water!
