Book your Welcome Weekender 2025 Wristband
A wristband gives you access to all paid events across the weekend! Just remember: seating is first come, first served, so arrive early for the shows you don’t want to miss.

Graffiti Workshops
Where: Landmark Lawn
When: 11am-4pm Saturday and Sunday
Have a go Graffiti and Street Art workshops with Silk Crystal. Dan is an Ilfracombe based street artist whose work you will no doubt of seen in a few local spots including The Arches, High Street, Ropery Road as well as North Devon attractions The Milky Way and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park.
Ages 8 plus (under 14’s must be accompanied by a parent)
Funky young artists under 8 are welcome to join us for some chalk pavement art!!
No charge – all materials and masks provided
Arts and Chalks
Where: Foyer and outside
When: 11am-4pm Saturday & Sunday
Get creative with our team of artists at the Welcome Week(ender). You could join us for chalk drawing on the concourse or get involved with a variety of arts and crafts.
Open to people of all ages but under 3’s will need to be supervised!
Circus Drop In
Where: Outside
When: 11am-4pm Saturday
Come and have a go at learning some circus skills. We’ll have lots of fun equipment like scarves, rings, diablos, juggling and hula hoops ready for you to try, along with a member of our team on hand for anyone who wants to learn some new skills!
Open to people of all ages but under 3’s will need to be supervised!
Aerial & Tightwire
Where: Outside
When: 11am-2.30pm Sunday
Come and have a go at learning some circus skills. We will have our ariel rig setup along with our tightwire for anyone who’s feeling brave. Have some fun, try something new and get a taste of aerial skills.
Subject to Health and Safety some activities may have an age or height restriction.
Ysknna Up Close
Where: outside
When: 11am-4pm Sunday
Following last year’s performance of Lowena, the south west’s leading international vertical dance company are returning to the welcome weekend and giving you a chance to get up close. Expect some demonstrations, improvised performances and a chance to get up close and learn about ariel performance.
Big Messy Paint!
Where: The Pavillion
When: Sunday 1pm-3.30pm
A big messy painting session perfect for little creatives between the age of 5-8! Join us in the pavilion and help us make a big creative mess!
Potion Making
Where: The Art Space
When: Sunday 11am-3pm
We will be making magic potions and mystical grog on Sunday in our Art Space. Come on in and make your very own marvellous and magnificent brew!
