Delivered by Learn Devon in partnership with The Landmark Theatre, Landmark Launchpad: Creative Pathways is a free course designed to help participants build confidence, develop practical skills and gain valuable workplace experience.
Running from 14th October to 10th December 2026, the programme combines behind-the-scenes theatre experience with employability training. Participants will work alongside industry professionals, learn about lighting and sound production, develop communication skills, explore self-employment, create marketing materials and gain practical career skills such as CV writing, interview techniques and budgeting.
No previous theatre experience is required, making the course ideal for anyone looking to boost their confidence, explore creative careers or take their first steps into employment.
Places are limited to ensure the best experience with all applicants being invited to an informal chat before enrolment.
