Welcome Week(ender) Visitor Information 📋

Wristbands give you access to all events across the three days and are £10 for adults with under 16s FREE. You can purchase yours in advance here.

If you are attending our pop up cinema night you will need to bring your own chair or picnic blanket to sit. The event will only be cancelled in the event of severe storm weather. A little bit of rain won’t stop us! We advise that you bring warm clothes or blankets and arrive nice and early to bag a good spot! When pitching up your chairs , please be mindful of grounded audience and give plenty of space so they can see the film.  

If the weather isn’t looking good, then please keep your eye on our socials on Friday where we will confirm if the screening is going ahead no later than 6pm. 

Are for adults 18+ who are new to mosaic having never tried it before. Places are very limited so to reserve a place email caz.turner@landmarktheatres.co.uk

Clay can be mucky! We use Air Dry clay formulated for use by children but it may still contain irritants. Open to all ages but little fingers may need help from their grown up

Our pop up box office will be open for you to collect your wristbands from Thursday 27th August. You can pick these up in advance or on the first day that you plan on attending the Welcome Weekend. To collect your wristband and programme please go to our box office and either give our team your details or swap your ticket(s) for you wristband(s). If you, or anyone you are attending with, have any access requirements then please let us know in advance of your arrival so that we can add you to our access guestlist.

Numbers are limited for the cream tea. To reserve your place and notify of dietary requirements please email caz.turner@landmarktheatres.co.uk  

Please be advised that Sunday 30th is Ilfracombe Carnival. There will be a rolling road closure into Ilfracombe from 5pm until 7:30pm so please plan to arrive in Ilfracombe early to enable a stress free journey. 

Seating is on a first come first served basic with no pre-allocated seating.

Are only considered in the event of the entire Festival ie Welcome Weekender being cancelled.

Our bar will be open for the entirety of the Welcome Weekender from 10:00am until late. In accordance with our licence, only alcohol bought on the premises may be consumed on the premises.

Ladies, Gents and accessible facilities. Turn left as you enter the Landmark. 

There are changing tables in the ladies and gents accessible toilets.

The Welcome Week(ender) will go ahead rain or shine! In the event of severe rain outdoor events will be moved inside. The outdoor cinema screening will only be cancelled in the event of severe stormy weather. Please keep your eye on our socials on Friday where we will confirm if the screening is going ahead no later than 6pm.
