Technique and performance skills in acrobalance, aerial hoop, physical theatre, silks, equilabristics, juggling, hula hoop, stilt-walking and tumbling.

Following the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus to develop technique and performances in flexibility, strength, balance, limbering and tumbling.
