What’s Covered?
Ticket Refund Protection allows you to claim a refund on your ticket price if you’re unable to attend due to:

Accident, illness, or medical emergency (including that of a dependent)

Adverse weather or unexpected travel delays

Jury service or court summons

Pregnancy (if the due date is within 30 days of the event)

Armed forces call-up or relocation for work

Family bereavement or damage to home or property

How Do I Make a Claim?
Claims are handled quickly and easily online. If you’re unable to attend your booked event, simply submit your refund request via www.ticket-refunds.com within 60 days of the event date. You’ll be asked to provide supporting documentation depending on the reason for your claim.

You’ll be given the option to add Secure My Booking Ticket Refund Protection during the booking process. The small additional fee could save the cost of your entire booking—just in case things don’t go to plan.
